Satpol PP personnel will be equipped with gun as anticipation from crime and terrorist.
They can get gun with rubber bullet or electric gun
“They can get gun with rubber bullet or electric gun,” said Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama, Monday (1/18).
According to him, this plan is aimed to give readiness for personnel to tackle any crime or terror.

Before equipped with gun, Satpol PP personnel must go through tests. Jakarta Provincial Government will also grant gun for police.
